The irregular faceted pattern on the surface of this solid brass table lamp is made more prominent by hand-polishing the edges to create a contrast between the shiny brass outline and the antique brass body. The square cap at the top and the square base at the bottom are also polished, anchoring the pattern. It is topped with a handmade rectangle ivory microfiber shade that is banded at the top and bottom and lined to match.
